Ahmad Darwish is a Palestinian from the suburbs city of Akka in Northern Palestine.
The family is originally from the village name Birwah which the Zionists expelled its people and turned it into a Zionist settlement.
Ahmad Darwish has been in the US since 1982.
Ahmad has a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from City University of New York, NY. He is also a licensed public Insurance Adjuster in CT & NJ helping residential and commercial policy holders navigate the confusing world of insurance claims.
He has 22 years of community leadership experience, providing many Khutbahs, Islamic classes, and event, along with crisis management, fundraising, and strategic planning skills.
He has held past MSA president and Mosque youth leadership roles. His vision is to touch the hearts of as many people as he can and make a positive difference in their lives.

His roles have included providing khutbahs (sermons), leading Islamic classes, organizing events, and engaging in crisis management, fundraising, and strategic planning.
Muslims for Humanity focuses on providing relief services to vulnerable populations, particularly widows, orphans, and low-income families. The organization offers monthly microgrants, food drives, and other essential support to help these families meet their basic needs. Since its inception, Muslims for Humanity has distributed numerous microgrants and food bags to those in need within the community. Darwish’s vision is to make a positive impact by offering hope and assistance to those facing hardship.
